Based in Christchurch, Bournemouth, Dorset. Specialising in Contemporary British Art.
In 1971, Rebecca was born in Swanage, Dorset to a gamekeeper and post mistress. Her childhood was spent roaming the glorious Dorset countryside, preferring to be amongst nature or keenly observing the local people and places that have fascinated her ever since. She completed an Art Foundation at Bournemouth and Poole College of Art and Design and then a BA Honours in Illustration at Sir John Moore’s University, Liverpool.
Influenced by the South West and it’s coastline, her recent oil paintings on canvas depict life at the sea with her signature palette of subtle blues and greens.
Rebecca is constantly exhibiting in a range of top galleries in the UK and her work is collected throughout Europe, America and other reaches of the world.
